Aishwarya Rai and Shweta Bachchan were spotted bonding at the Mumbai airport after they returned from Anant Ambani’s pre-wedding bash. Aishwarya and Shweta had joined the Bachchan family members in Jamnagar to attend the pre-wedding festivities. The family attended the bash only on the last day of the three-day celebrations. They had joined the Ambani-Merchant family for the Maha Aarti and the celebrations that followed.

The duo returned with Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan in the wee hours of Monday. In a video shared on Reddit, Aishwarya and Shweta were seen chatting as they made their way out of the airport. They followed Amitabh and Aaradhya’s lead as they walked out of the airport. Aishwarya and Shweta spend time together but have rarely been spotted together in public. The last time that the duo came together publicly was at the premiere of The Archies. The film marked Shweta’s son, Agastya Nanda’s debut. At the event, Aishwarya was seen teasing Agastya while Shweta posed with the family. The duo also came together for Amitabh Bachchan’s birthday last year. Shweta, Aishwarya and their children joined Big B to ring in his birthday.

Meanwhile, Navya also recently praised Aishwarya’s daughter Aaradhya. Speaking exclusively with News18, she revealed she admires how mature Aaradhya is for her age. The young Bachchan daughter is 12 years old. Navya, when asked to give an advice to Aaradhya, said that she has no advice for her because Aaradhya is already wise for her.

“I don’t know if I would give her advice. I feel she’s far wiser than I was when I was 12. She’s very intelligent and I think more aware of things than I was maybe at her age. So it’s actually great to see that entire generation grow up being so much more aware of the world, so much more aware of society and things around them so, I don’t know what advice I would give her,” she confessed.
