Daisy Shah made her Hindi film debut with Salman Khan in Jai Ho (2014) and reunited with him for Race 3 (2018). She recently shared that working with Salman was a dream come true because he hosted daily feasts on set, including live pani puri and dosa counters for everyone.

Speaking to Mid-day, Daisy said, “Unka pura resort set-up lagta tha (The set up was like a resort).” She explained how a large tent would be set up outside the superstar’s luxury vanity van to serve food to the cast and crew. She said, “It’s his vanity van, he has a huge tent, there are three tables with 10-15 chairs around them, and there’s another table where the food is laid out. It’s like a buffet system. I remember snacking on flatbreads and vada pavs, and sometimes there would be live pani-puri and dosa counters.”

Filmmaker Mahesh Manjrekar had also once spoke about Salman Khan’s love for food and hosting on set. On Kunal Vijaykar’s YouTube channel, he praised the food at Salman’s house. ” “I like the food at Salman’s house. He’s also very fond of his spicy food. He wants taste. The thing about Salman is that he doesn’t worry about diets, he likes his spices. I love his home food.”

Meanwhile, in a big development in the Salman Khan house firing case, it has now been reported that a special court in Mumbai has issued a non-bailable warrant (NBW) against jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi’s brother, Anmol Bishnoi. Besides this, another warrant has also been issued against a person named Rohit Godera, who is an alleged member of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.

Anmol and Rohit have been absconding ever since the Mumbai police named them in the charge-sheet related to the case earlier this month. Considering the same, special judge for Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) cases, B D Shelke issued a standing non-bailable warrant against Anmol and Godera.
