Samantha Ruth Prabhu Meditates, Sits With Folded Hands As She Visits Sadhguru's Isha Foundation

Even though Samantha Ruth Prabhu is a little inactive on the work front, she manages to keep her fans informed about her whereabouts via her social media. On Tuesday, the actress took to her Instagram handle and shared a series of pictures, revealing that she recently visited Sadhguru’s Isha Foundation in Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu).

In the photos, Samantha was seen attending one of Sadhguru’s lectures with other people. She was seen sitting on the ground with folded hands. One of the pictures also shared a glimpse of Samantha meditating at the Isha Foundation. The Kushi actress also shared glimpses of the time she spent with animals at the centre.

In the caption of her post, Samanth talked about finding ‘Guru’. “So many of us search for a Guru or mentor. When you find one with the intensity, perception and compassion to light up your life, it is a rare privilege. If you want a piece of wisdom, you have to search in the world. Because everyday things are being thrown at you, it’s become easy. You’re thinking… You’re thinking this is normal. This is not normal. You must work hard for it. And just knowing is not enough. Implementation of this knowledge is what truly matters. Guru,” she wrote.

This is not Samantha’s first visit to Sadhguru’s Isha Foundation. In July 2023 too, the actress visited the place during her myositis treatment. Back then, she had penned down a long note on Instagram, stressing the importance of meditation. “A while ago, sitting still—without thoughts flooding, without twitching, itching, twisting and turning—seemed almost impossible. But today, a meditative state is my most powerful source of strength. Of calm. Of connection. And of clarity..Who would have thought that something so simple could be so powerful,” she had written.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Samantha Ruth Prabhu was last seen in Kushi. The romantic drama also starred Vijay Deverakonda in the lead. The film gained mixed reviews from all and earned over Rs 70 crore at the box office. Next, Samantha will be seen in the Indian version of Citadel which also stars Varun Dhawan. It is helmed by Raj and DK and the team is staying tight-lipped about its plot.

Besides this, Samantha also has Bangaram in her pipeline. Earlier this year, Samantha gave a surprise to her fans on her birthday when she shared the poster of her film. The initial glimpse of the film depicted Samantha in a fierce stance, clutching a double-barrel gun and showcasing a bloody visage.
