TV show Shark Tank India features entrepreneurs pitching unique ideas and brands. In a recent teaser, the ‘sharks’ showed excitement over some pitches but also criticised a few for exaggerating. One entrepreneur claimed their beauty tool could replace botox, challenged by Vineeta Singh. There was also a heated exchange between Vineeta and founders of a teen innerwear brand. Another group offering phone repair faced tough questions from Anupam Mittal, but impressed him with their turnover, leading to offers. However, when Vineeta made a similar offer, Anupam accused her of copying him.
For the mobile repair brand, Anupam proposes a royalty of 100 rupees per mobile repair in exchange for 1 percent equity, while Vineeta suggests a 1.5 percent royalty on annual sales and 0.5 percent equity. Anupam then goes on to react, “Bhai, usne humari deal leke usko discount kar diya (Brother, she copied our deal and offered it at a discounted rate).” The reaction shocks all the sharks and the pitcher.
#DChica, #ReFitGlobal and #HouseOfBeauty are all prepped up to pitch their unique ideas to the Sharks!Who amongst them will take home the deal of their dreams?
