Promotions for the release of Thalapathy Vijay’s next The Greatest of All Time are in full swing. As per the latest updates, the makers have unveiled an exclusive promotional clip for the project’s second single. The fans and the audience are in for an emotional surprise as the clip features a legendary name. Here are all the details on the single.
On June 21, the GOAT creators released a promo clip for its second single titled, Chinna Chinna Kangal. The song will be released as a tribute to the late singer Bhavatharini, which features her AI-generated voice, also included in the clip. According to the video, the full song is set to release on June 22 at 6 pm, also the occasion of actor Vijay’s 50th birthday.
Director of the film, Venkat Prabhu took to his official Twitter handle (formerly X), to share the clip and the announcement. Sharing the promo, the filmmaker wrote in the tweet, “A song which is very very close to our hearts will be yours tomorrow!!! Here is a chinna promo of a song with a big heart.” The vocals in the song are given by Thalapathy Vijay along with the AI-generated voice of Bhavatharini. While the music is composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja on the lyrics of Kabilan Vairamuthu.

The 29-second clip features beautiful and intricate sketches of scenic locations and objects, as the credits of those involved in the song are revealed. Fans share their excitement in the comment section. The first user wrote, “Gonna be absolute chartbuster for sure.” A second user shared, “Happy to hear Bhavatharini ma’am’s voice.” And a third fan expressed, “Had tears in my eyes after hearing Bhavatharini’s voice.” The tweet has amassed more than 790,000 views on the platform.
Directed by Venkat Prabhu, GOAT is expected to have its theatrical release on September 5, this year. The cast includes Vijay in a double role, along with Prashanth, Prabhu Deva, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Ajmal Ameer and many others. It is produced under the banner of AGS Entertainment.
