Triptii Dimri BRUTALLY Trolled For 'Humiliating' Steps In Mere Mehboob: 'How Is She Shaking Her Body' | Watch

Triptii Dimri is facing flak for her dance moves in the song Mere Mehboob from her upcoming film, Vicky Aur Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video. The item song features Triptii and Rajkummar Rao with a sensual gaze and is choreographed by Ganesh Acharya. However, netizens did not appreciate the steps.

In one segment of the song, Triptii lays on the floor and lifts one leg up to move it in a cyclic manner. She then raises her torso and begins to shake. The actress and the choreographer are being brutally trolled for these steps. Watch the video here:

One person wrote, “Triptii is a bad dancer but sack the choreographer! This is an awful job.” Another added, “How do I unsee this!!!” One comment read, “Now lightly spray some roach repellent and witness similar steps.” One person wrote, “Yikes Ganesh.” Another added, “This cannot be real. Embarrassing for the whole film really, especially the choreographers and those who thought that this would be a good idea.”

A Redditor wrote in the comments, “This looks humiliating.” Another added, “I know right, especially the last bit where they close up to her face. Genuinely feels humiliating.” One comment read, “I feel equally embarrassed, bad, awkward, cringe and whatnot…It’s just not on Triptii but also on the Choreographer and on everyone who greenlit this.” Another added, “Literally they are making Triptii do anything, she will never be able to move on from Animal movie.”

Meanwhile, Rajkummar Rao and Triptii Dimri will be sharing the screen together for the first time in Raaj Shaandilyaa’s film. The film’s much-awaited trailer was released recently and it has only piqued fans’ interest in the film. The teaser takes us into the 90s and promises that the film will be ‘97% parivarik’ and ‘3% maha parivarik’. As per the trailer, the story revolves around a CD containing an intimate video of a couple that leads to chaos in a small town.

Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video is produced by Bhushan Kumar’s T-series. The film will be out in theatres on October 11. The anticipation for the film is high after Rajkummar Rao’s performance in the juggernaut, Stree 2, also starring Shraddha Kapoor. As for Triptii, she was last seen in Bad Newz with Vicky Kaushal and Amy Virk.
