Vidya Balan Looks 'Unrecognisable' After Weight Loss Transformation, Fans Say 'She Was Always Beautiful'

Veteran actress Shabana Azmi celebrated her 74th birthday on September 18. Close friends and family, including Farah Khan, Tanvi Azmi, Urmila Matondkar, Dia Mirza, Richa Chadha, Shibani Dandekar and Vidya Balan, gathered to celebrate her special day. Soon after, Dia Mirza shared memorable moments from Shabana Azmi’s intimate birthday celebration on her Instagram account. However, what caught everyone’s attention was Vidya Balan’s transformation.

In a significant casting coup, the team has managed to bring back the original Manjulika, Vidya Balan, adding to the excitement of fans.

A source had earlier told Pinkvilla that this latest instalment will be the grandest in the franchise. “The script has a lot of Diwali elements, which is the reason why the makers are targeting to bring the horror comedy during the festival period. Once the assets are launched, the audience too will get a glimpse of the flavour that the film has to offer,” they said.

The source further added that Kartik Aaryan, Anees Bazmee, Bhushan Kumar, and the team are also working on an exclusive teaser cut for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. “A teaser keeping the Diwali period in mind is in the works and the makers are trying to get the cut ready by the middle of August. Once the cut is locked with VFX output, they will decide on the date of launch. The intent is to bring it as soon as possible, and create hype for the content as the team is confident to entertain the audience during the festive season of Diwali. The idea of this teaser is to mark the Diwali 2024 release date in the mind of audiences,” the source shared.

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is one of the most eagerly awaited films of the year, and expectations are high for its box office performance. Beyond its engaging content, the team, led by Bhushan Kumar, is also confident about the film’s music, having crafted an album filled with catchy and memorable tunes. The soundtrack features a reimagined title track showcasing Kartik Aaryan, as well as the highly anticipated song “Ami Je Tomar”, which highlights the intense face-off between Vidya Balan and Madhuri Dixit.
