Daniel Radcliffe revealed he is ready to make another film and he already has a leading actor in mind.

Daniel Radcliffe, renowned for his role in the Harry Potter series, recently expressed his keen interest in venturing into romantic comedy during a red-carpet interview at the 75th Emmy Awards. The Guns Akimbo star revealed his desire to explore the rom-com genre, and when asked about his dream leading lady, he promptly mentioned Quinta Brunson, the star and creator of Abbott Elementary. Although Radcliffe and Brunson have collaborated in the past on the Emmy-winning TV film Weird: The Al Yankovic Story, where Radcliffe played the titular character and Brunson portrayed media mogul Oprah Winfrey, their previous project focused more on comedy than romance.

In a candid chat with Variety, Daniel spoke about his fondness for sports movies and revealed a strong desire to work in more romantic comedies. He said, “Like I did one of them once and it was super fun. Yeah, something like that.” When the question of a leading lady arose, the Harry Potter star quickly took Brunson name and shared, “we should do something together. I’m her perfect height match, so there’s a future in this.”
