The Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham is inviting online BTech applications for the Amrita Entrance Examination- Engineering (AEEE) 2024. Interested candidates eligible for the examination can visit the official website of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham at amrita.edu and register online. According to the schedule, the entrance examination will be conducted in two phases: the initial phase is slated for January 19 to January 22, while the second phase is tentatively planned for May 10 to May 14.
AEEE 2024: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have secured at least 55 per cent in physics, chemistry and mathematics in Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board separately and an aggregate of minimum of 60 per cent in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics to be eligible for appearing in the AEEE exam. In addition to that, over two hundred students are also given the chance to study abroad each year under various courses.
AEEE 2024: HOW TO APPLY

AEEE 2024: Exam Pattern
The AEEE 2024 exam will take place in the Computer Based Test (CBT) mode across 125+ cities in India and the UAE. Talking about the exam pattern, candidates will have to answer 100 questions from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English with a duration of 2.5 hours.
AEEE 2024: Application Fee
It is further to be noted that candidates applying for the Amrita Entrance Examination – Engineering 2024 are required to pay a registration fee of Rs 1200.
The Amrita Entrance Examination – Engineering 2024 (AEEE 2024) is held for admission to BTech programmes offered at Amrita School of Engineering – Chennai, Bengaluru, Coimbatore, Amaravati, Mysuru, Amritapuri, and Nagercoil based on the AEEE 2024 score secured in Amrita Entrance Examination – Engineering 2024 or JEE Mains 2024 or Pearson UG Engineering Entrance Examination Score (PUEEE) or SAT (Scholastic Assessment Test).
Scholarships are available to qualifying students from all branches of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham for 85 percent of seats in BTech courses. It informed that scholarships worth 4.5 crores approximately are being offered every year to top-ranking 300+ eligible students. Scholarships for the first year are based on the admission Amrita Entrance Examination- Engineering (AEEE) or JEE Mains exam rank.
