The Commission has made more than two dozen voters, all of whom are over 100 years old, as its brand ambassador in Narmada district of the state. All those chosen claim to have voted in every election since Independence.
One of those chosen by the Election Commission is 117-year-old Kathudia Vasawa, who is a resident of Dediapada in Narmada district. Vasawa claims to have voted in every election since Independence and exercised his franchise for the first time in 1951.
