The AAP government in Delhi has decided to pass the Jan Lokpal Bill in an open session of the Assembly.

New Delhi: On the day the AAP government technically lost its majority in the Assembly, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal shot off a letter to Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung asking him why can't the Delhi Police provide security to an open session of the Delhi Assembly, if it can provide security to IPL matches.

He even questioned the Police Commissioner's moral right to stay in his position, if he can't provide security to an open session of the Delhi Assembly. The letter is a response to the Lieutenant Governor's letter to Kejriwal saying that it's difficult to give security to an open session.
