New Delhi: Gionee expanded its smartphone portfolio with the launch of its Gionee S6s smartphone that has been priced at Rs 17,999.
The Gionee S6s is touted to be a selfie-focused phone and comes with an 8 megapixel front sensor. It is assisted with a selfie flash in addition to the regular screen flash. The phone's rear camera is 13 megapixel with Auto Focus and LED flash.
It sports a 5.5-inch FHD display and under its hood is a 1.3GHz octa-core processor coupled with 3GB of RAM. The phone also comes with a rear fingerprint sensor.
The Android Marshmallow powered phone comes with Gionee's own Amigo 3.0 custom skin layered atop. It draws its juice from a 3150mAh battery and comes with 32GB internal storage that is expandable up to 128GB via microSD card.
The phone comes in two colour choices - Mocha Gold and Latte Gold. It will be available offline as well as online via Amazon.
