New Delhi: Google has extended its Now cards to 70 more Android apps to help you get relevant information at the right time.

The Now cards for the Google app on Android provides added information in sync with other apps without you having to ask for it. From flight status to live match score or the latest piece of news, Now cards help you stay updated with the relevant information.

Google notes in its blog some of the ways the Now cards work- getting breaking news about the recent Nepal earthquake from ABC News, Circa or feedly, updates about the food delivery that is just about to arrive at your doorstep, keeping track of fitness through Runkeeper, Jawbone or Adidas. Now cards also facilitate tap-and-pay with supported apps on the device.

All that is needed is an update to the latest version of the Google app and the supported apps on your Android device to start getting relevant and timely information.

Google plans to add more apps which will support the feature in future.
