New Delhi: Over two months after quietly unveiling the HTC One E9+ handset, HTC has introduced the smartphone (dual-SIM variant) in India at a price of Rs 36,790.
The phone comes with a 5.5-inch 2K display and a 2 GHz octa-core chipset. Its 20-megapixel rear camera has the capability to record in 4K resolution, that is said to be four times better than Full HD. The front facing camera comes with a wide angled HTC UltraPixel camera, which the company says can bring 3 times more light than a regular camera for brighter pictures especially in low light.
With HTC Eye Experience, says the company, users can shoot selfies automatically with Auto Selfie and Voice Selfie and even make themselves look better with Live Makeup before you take the shot.
It includes HTC Boom Sound, a dual front-facing speaker. "In partnership with Dolby Audio Surround, we want to bring high fidelity in mobile smartphones to the next level, listen to richer detailed sound whether using the speakers or headphones for a complete entertainment experience," says HTC.
The HTC One E9+ dual sim comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB on-board storage and an expandable memory of up to 2TB. The phone will be available in Meteor Grey, Gold Sopia and Rose Gold.
