The couple, who tied the knot in February, took a break from their busy schedules to spend quality time together in Tanzania, Africa. In a recent interview, Divya Agarwal opened up about their trip and revealed the reason behind choosing Tanzania for their honeymoon.
During a chat with ETimes, Divya shared, “It has always been a dream of ours to be surrounded by wildlife. And Tanzania has some of the most beautiful safari experiences in the world. Also, we both needed a break from our busy lives, and there’s nothing quite like the serenity of the African savanna.”
Divya further mentioned the reason behind their delayed honeymoon. She said, “We both wanted to focus on first building our home and careers before jumping into a big trip. We had some hectic work schedules to juggle. But the time finally felt right, and here we are.”
Speaking about the places she visited in Tanzania with Apurva, Divya shared, “We visited Serengeti National Park so far, and it’s beautiful. The wildlife is amazing. We have seen everything from lions, and elephants, to zebras and cheetahs. It’s like being on a National Geographic documentary. Currently in Zanzibar to relax on the beach after our safari adventure.”
