After the photo went viral, many internet users assumed something was brewing between Musk and Meloni. The billionaire businessman has now shared his thoughts about the dating rumours.
Musk commented on an X post where a user asked, “Do you think they’ll date?” The post featured the viral picture of the Tesla CEO and Meloni. The Tesla CEO dropped a four-word response in the comment section– “We are not dating.”

His comment grabbed the eyeballs of many users. One of them recalled the time Elon Musk said Georgia Meloni was “authentic, honest and truthful, and that can’t always be said about politicians.”

People speculated the same when Elon Musk accepted Georgia Meloni’s invitation to attend a political event in Rome in December last year. The Italian leader is a popular face on social media. When the G20 Summit was held in India, many users shared posts about Meloni and Prime Minister Narendra Modi as well.
The two have been seen together at several global events, with many using a new hashtag, “Melodi”, across social media platforms. Meloni later used the term while sharing a selfie with PM Modi.
