On Wednesday, a ten-foot crocodile emerged from a canal and ventured into the surrounding region, causing panic in a town in Uttar Pradesh. The massive reptile can be seen trying to scale a barrier close to the canal in footage taken by onlookers. The crocodile reportedly left the Ganga canal in the vicinity of Narora Ghat in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh. The forest department and police were alerted by the people, and they promptly came to capture the crocodile.

The crocodile was spotted attempting to scale an iron barrier in an effort to get back into the river as the authorities worked to apprehend it. The crocodile, unable to do this, lands on the ground and makes an attempt to flee.

To capture the crocodile, forest officials wrapped its head with a towel and attempted to bind its limbs to prevent the animal from hurting the rescue party.

Videos reveal that ropes were put in to bind its legs minutes later.

One forest officer wrapped a rope around the crocodile’s rear legs while the other four held on to the ropes that held its head and front legs.

While some authorities placed a rope around the crocodile’s jaws, two others lifted its tail.

A report in the Hindi news portal Live Hindustan stated that the crocodile was successfully rescued by Forest Range Officer Mohit Chaudhary and rescue specialist Pawan Kumar after cautious attempts.

It was discovered to be a female crocodile that had gotten out of the area’s freshwater canal.

Following its rescue by the authorities, it was let loose in the PLGC canal, which was said to be an excellent home for it.

The video that is now circulating on the internet includes chaotic noises.
