A video of a content creator dancing in the rain after quitting his job is raking in likes. In the clip, Fabrizio Villari Moroni runs through the rain-soaked streets of Paris and happily says, “It’s raining and it’s the most beautiful day.” He then exclaims, “I just quit my job!” In his video’s caption, Fabrizio argued that he left his full-time job because he was not able to balance content creation with regular 9 to 5 employment. He explained, “I overestimated my ability to be present everywhere at once and to show up equally to all things I commit to. Unfortunately, it didn’t take that long to realise that if you commit to many things, you’re not actually committed to any.”
He thanked his followers for encouraging him to pursue content creation and wrote, “Every single day some of you stop me in the streets of Paris and thank me for what I do. When it’s actually me thanking you for the immense love and support you show me. It will never be forgotten. This was not an easy choice, but as you can see, it was the one that made me happy.” This clip has gathered over 3.7 lakh likes since it was posted on February 22. Fabrizio has over one lakh Instagram followers and 1.8 lakh TikTok followers.

In the comments, many people shared how they felt similarly excited and liberated after quitting unsatisfying jobs.
An Instagram user wrote, “In 2012, I felt just like that. I decided to leave my job, and let me tell you, tears flowed like rivers afterward. I remember dancing in the streets, feeling liberated yet scared. That moment taught me to recognise my limits and set clear boundaries. Since then, I’ve hopped through different jobs, putting my well-being first. This video takes me back to those raw emotions. Hats off to anyone who stays true to themselves – you’re a champion in my book.”
Another shared, “The best feeling and probably the best decision I’ve made in my life. It’s uncomfortable, unsettling, and you’ll feel the unknown at first, but eventually, you’ll realise that you’re bound for great things and should not settle for something unhealthy for your well-being!”
An account remarked, “I remember feeling the exact same way when I left the corporate world. That job was my ‘dream job’ till I found my dream outgrowing it and that’s been one of the best yet hardest decisions I’ve taken for myself.”
