The teacher, named Kamal Darwin, worked for only three months in that school before coming up with this brilliant idea.

The school is regarded as the second home for students as they spend a significant time of their early days there. These educational institutions not only help kids acquire book knowledge but also provide a comfortable atmosphere where they can develop basic etiquette and social qualities by interacting with classmates.

As Teachers are considered the nucleus of a school, every curriculum revolves around them. Apart from planning and preparing educational programs, these individuals also take on many additional responsibilities. When needed teachers serve the role of external parents while sometimes, they need to become the best friends of students. The educational landscape across the world has changed drastically in recent times. Every country is putting the focus on modernising schools. The introduction of digital classrooms has no doubt made learning easy and fun as students can now get into the core of a subject, thanks to the feature of audio-visual explanations. However, these learning tools are not always enough to capture the interest of students.

Considering this fact, Kamal Darwin decided to change the look of his classroom as he wanted his students to feel homely. According to Weird Kaya, it was only three weeks that Darwin began his career as a teacher but he was able to understand the impact of the school environment on students. In a bid to make the place cosy and comfortable, Darwin set up a sofa featuring doodles inside his classroom and covered the walls with engaging pictures and charts.

After the story came to light, many users came forward to appreciate the efforts of Darwin while some slammed the government for not allocating enough funds to renovate schools. “Shame on the ministry who is supposed to look after the welfare of the students in school,” commented a user. “That’s just sad, this teacher so kind. The school funding is bad,” wrote another. An individual found the story quite relatable as he said, “Reminds me of my old standard 5 teacher who repainted and decorated the class with her own money.”
