Psychologist Shares World's Quickest Personality Tes. It Takes Less Than 2 Minutes
For this test, close your eyes and bring both hands in front of you.

Richard Wiseman, a prominent psychology professor, is known for his captivating mind tricks and insightful psychological experiments showcased on popular YouTube channels like Quirkology and In59Seconds. Now a video of Richard Wiseman’s “World’s Quickest Personality Test" is surfacing again. This test just takes about one minute and 23 seconds.

He starts the personality test by asking people to close their eyes and bring both hands in front of them. Then the person has to imagine that their right hand is being pulled up by a helium balloon, while their left hand is being weighed down by books. One should also pay attention to any images that are “floating into their mind". After a few seconds, one has to open their eyes and observe the position of their hands.

If the person’s hands were apart then it means that they have “good imagination" and they are “sensitive, intuitive and you easily become absorbed in books and films". If the hands are levelled then the person is “more logical, more analytical and you enjoy puzzles and games." If a person saw puppies then it means they are suspicious by nature. Interestingly, those who did not close their eyes and saw the video would note that the psychologist was holding a placard with a puppy’s photo, which explains the “suspicious" evaluation.

Commenting on it, a YouTube user wrote, “Omg! The “if you saw a picture of a puppy" part confused me and then I rewatched the video with my eyes opened."

Another person shared, “Wow, a very weird experience for me. I closed my eyes throughout and when he said “now picture anything that comes to your mind" I pictured a small dog, so when he mentioned that bit I was like “wow, that’s incredible! I guess it’s one of those things where a certain action will prime your mind indirectly to think of a specific object without even referencing it!" Then I came to the comments and no one else apparently had that experience and it was just a massively weird coincidence that I pictured a dog and he showed a dog."

One of the most liked comments on this YouTube video, posed a question, “Maybe the real personality test is whether you closed your eyes."

What's your reaction?
