Everything seems okay for now. However, things start to get interesting as she adds more ingredients to the pan, like peanut flour, date syrup, cocoa powder, chocolate cubes, custard powder, and chocolate spread. The woman gives it all mix, letting it cook for a few minutes before serving it in a bowl. Towards the end of the video, she is seen enjoying a bowl of chocolate pasta, referring it to as “Snickers Pasta.”

Green Peas With Chocolate

In this video, a man is eating green peas and chocolate together. Yes, he did!. He mixes frozen peas with chocolate before placing it in a microwave. After heating, the green peas blend well with the melted chocolate. He then places this mix in a freezer. The dish is finally ready, and the man is seen enjoying it.

Mutton Keema Cake

A baker from Tamil Nadu’s Madurai created a new fusion of cake and mutton keema. Vidhu Singh, who per her Instagram bio is a cake artist and a passionate baker, showed off her baking abilities in a video that triggered online outrage. In the video, she prepares a spicy keema sauce to place between layers of sponge cake. Finally, instead of frosting the cake, she decorates the cream with chiles and coriander leaves.

Egg Halwa

This video begins with a woman cracking eggs in a bowl before adding flour and sugar. She mixes the ingredients using an electric hand-beating machine. The woman then boils ghee in a pot and pours in the prepared concoction. She cooks till it is thickened. After cooking, she adds cream and garnishes the dish with dry fruits.

Gulab Jamun Chaat

A video of a street seller making a unique dish with gulab jamun sparked a debate on X (formerly Twitter). The video begins with the street vendor preparing a plate of gulab jamun with curd and tamarind chutney. He then pours on some green chutney. He garnishes the chaat with pomegranate, sev, and papri. As expected, this generated a flood of comments from the public, with many pleading with him to ‘stop’, while some even labelled the dish as a ‘sin’.
