The money was also seen enjoying its time sitting on a window seat. The video has created a massive buzz among the netizens.
A video from Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh, has gone viral, showing an unusual scene. In the clip, a monkey can be seen travelling on the Pilibhit-Mailani rail route. The video was shared with Local 18 by journalist Virendra Singh on Sunday, October 13. While boarding the train, Singh noticed the monkey calmly moving around like any other passenger. Typically known for causing mischief, this monkey behaved differently, peacefully exploring the train without any trouble.
Virendra further shared that after the train started moving, the monkey started its search for a window seat to enjoy the journey. Not only that, the monkey also shared food with the other fellow passengers during the train. The journalist mentioned that throughout the trip, the monkey did not harm anyone and the passengers were seen enjoying the journey with the animal. In the video, the monkey was also seen peeking through the window to enjoy the scenic beauty.
Train services have recently resumed on the Pilibhit-Mailani rail section, which used to run meter gauge trains earlier. This rail section passes through the Pilibhit Tiger Reserve. The 10km journey through the dense jungle offers a thrilling experience and is quite popular among rail enthusiasts. People from across the country visit this place to experience this unique rail journey. Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav inaugurated the section in September this year after the conversion from meter gauge to broad gauge was carried out. Additionally, the ministry has allotted Rs 17 crore for the transformation of Pilibhit station. Facilities like lift, escalator, advanced parking, foot over bridge etc is set to be developed for the convenience of the passengers.
