Earth is home to countless species of animals, and among them, snakes are known to be one of the most venomous creatures. However, despite its deadly potential, a woman from Miguel Angel Flores, Paris, technically did a caesarean on several python eggs in a zoo. Yes, you read that right. This unusual incident was shared on the internet, which spread like wildfire.
What makes the video truly gripping is that in the said clip, the zookeeper used scissors to cut the eggs and help in the hatching of the newborn snakes. It goes without saying that this process raised countless questions for many, as it was a never-seen-before experience. The woman then cut open the egg and helped the reptile get out of it. The zookeeper then sports a beaming smile as she shows the newborn on the lenses. The snake, covered in tiny brown scales across its body, was drenched in some kind of ‘slimy’ liquid.
The video was posted on Instagram, by the handle ‘The Reptile Zoo’ along with the caption, “Let’s welcome this beautiful little python into the new year. Look at the little noodle, so amazing and so cute. Nothing like starting off the year with a successful hatch.”
