New Delhi: India's fastest growing and low cost airline Air Deccan on Friday announced the release of three lakh tickets at Rs 7 (plus taxes) in celebration of Makara Sankranti.
The offer would be on tickets available for travel during February and March across all sectors and the bookings will open on January 14, said a company release in Bangalore.
Air Deccan started operations in August 2003, and in about three-and-a-half-years has created largest network in India covering 60 airports, plying over 300 flights a day and already carried over 8.7 million passengers.
The airline currently operated a brand new fleet of 16 Airbus A 320 aircraft, with an average age of 1.5 years and 24 ATR Turboprop aircraft.
