Army Recruitment Office Agra is organising an Army Recruitment Rally for Agniveer, Soldier Technical Nursing Assistant and Sepoy Pharma categories from July 14 to August 1, 2024, at Eklavya Sports Stadium Sadar Bazar Agra Cantt. Students who passed the online Common Entrance Exam (CEE) held in April 2024 will participate in this rally, out of which about 15,000 candidates have been shortlisted. This recruitment will be conducted in three phases. The first phase will include youth in the Agniveer General Duty, Agniveer Office Assistant, Agniveer Technical, and Agniveer Tradesman (8th and 10th pass) categories from all 12 districts of the responsibility area of the Army Recruitment Office in Agra. The second phase will include the central category of Soldier Technical Nursing Assistant, after which the third phase will be held for the category of Sepoy Pharma. In this, the candidates will participate with enthusiasm despite challenging weather conditions.
In the Agra Agniveer Recruitment Rally, youth from 12 districts of Uttar Pradesh — Agra, Aligarh, Etah, Etawah, Firozabad, Hathras, Jalaun, Jhansi, Kasganj, Lalitpur, Mainpuri, and Mathura districts — will participate. After this, candidates from all the districts of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand will participate in the rally organised for the Soldier Technical Nursing Assistant and Sepoy Pharma Rally at Eklavya Sports Stadium. Admit cards have been issued to all the candidates on June 30, 2024. Candidates have been instructed to report at Eklavya Sports Stadium Sadar Bazar Agra Cantt at 1 AM on the day nominated in their admit card.
The screening process for the selection of candidates is extremely fair, transparent and rigorous, wherein the candidate has to go through various tests, which include a 1.6 km run to be completed in a stipulated time, a physical fitness test, a physical measurement test, documentation and finally a medical test. These tests are designed to check the candidate’s aptitude for the army, mental agility and physical toughness.

July 14, 2024: A recruitment rally for Agniveer Tradesman (10th Pass) and Agniveer Tradesman (8th Pass) categories will be conducted for all 12 districts, that is, Agra, Aligarh, Etah, Etawah, Firozabad, Hathras, Jalaun, Jhansi, Kasganj, Lalitpur, Mainpuri and Mathura under ARO Agra.
July 15, 2024: Recruitment of Agniveer Office Assistant/Agniveer Technical category will be conducted for the candidates of all 12 districts that is, Agra, Aligarh, Etah, Etawah, Firozabad, Hathras, Jalaun, Jhansi, Kasganj, Lalitpur, Mainpuri and Mathura under ARO Agra.
July 16, 2024: Recruitment for the Agniveer General Duty category will be for the candidates of Hathras and Jhansi districts.
July 17, 2024: Recruitment for the Agniveer General Duty category will be for Lalitpur, Mainpuri and Jalaun districts.
July 18, 2024 – Recruitment for the Agniveer General Duty category will be for Etawah, Firozabad and Kasganj districts.
July 19, 2024: Recruitment of Agniveer General Duty Category Agniveer General Duty Category for Aligarh District.
July 20, 2024: Recruitment of Agniveer General Duty category will be for the candidates of Etah and Mathura (Chhatta and Goverdhan Tehsil) districts.
July 21, 2024: Recruitment of Agniveer General Duty category will be for the candidates of Mathura (Mathura, Mahavan and Mat Tehsil) district.
July 22, 2024: Recruitment of Agniveer General Duty category will be for Agra (Etmadpur, Kirauli and Fatehabad tehsil) district.
July 23, 2024: Recruitment of Agniveer General Duty category will be for the candidates of Agra (Agra, Bah and Kheragarh tehsil) district.
July 24 and 25, 2024: Reserved for medical and final documents.
