IRCON International Limited is inviting applications for the post of Assistant Manager or Human Resource Management (HRM) in the company. It has released a total vacancy of 6 posts for the same. Interested candidates can apply through the official website of IRCON.

This Railway Construction company is offering two vacant seats each for the General and OBC categories while one seat for the SC and EWS section of applicants. The salary of the selected candidate will range from Rs 40,000 to 1,40,000 as per the qualification and experience. The allowances and other benefits will be added to this pay scale. The last date for the submission of the application is May 10. The application can be submitted through offline mode only.

The general and OBC candidates need to pay Rs 1000 as a demand draft for the application form whereas SC, ST, EWS, PWD and Ex-Serviceman need not pay any application fee for the same. The maximum age limit for the recruitment is 30 years. Interested candidates must have two years of full-time post-graduation in HR/Personnel/IR from any recognized university/institute. They must have a degree or diploma in the same. They must have graduated with above or equal to 60 per cent marks.

Selected candidates will have to execute a bond of Rs 3 lakh to serve the company for at least three years. The selection of the eligible candidates will be done through a written examination and interview. The document verification will be done during the interview stage. The selected candidate can be posted within India or abroad as per the company’s requirements from time to time.
