3 men arrested for raping 3 minor girls in separate incidents

Three persons were arrested for allegedly raping three minor girls in separate incidents here, police said on Wednesday.

Kamlesh Rawat (18) and Gulab Kol (19) lured two minor girls at Sada village in the district and allegedly raped them after taking them to a desolate place on Monday night, they said.

In another similar offence, the accused, Shankar Gadariya (20), raped a 17-year-old girl at Hardia village, after taking her to a secluded place on Monday.

In both the cases, the victims informed their parents about the crime following which they filed a police complaint and subsequently the three accused were arrested on Wednesday.

Further investigations were on, police added.
