AAJ KA PANCHANG, 11 MAY, 2024: The Chaturthi Tithi and Panchami Tithi of Shukla Paksha are slated to occur on Saturday, May 11, according to Drik Panchang. On this day, the auspicious festival of Vinayaka Chaturthi will be observed. In the Hindu calendar, each lunar month is divided into two Chaturthi Tithis. According to Hindu scriptures, Lord Ganesha is associated with the Chaturthi Tithi(s). Vinayaka Chaturthi occurs after Amavasya or the new moon during Shukla Paksha, while Sankashti Chaturthi occurs after Purnima or the full moon during Krishna Paksha.
As a result, when organising any event or activity, it is critical to consider not just the tithi but also the auspicious or inauspicious times linked with it.
