NEW DELHI: A forensic report presented in the Delhi High Court has stated that the suicide note of Sadhick Batcha, a close aide of former Telecom Minister A Raja who has also been accused in the 2G scam and presently lodged in the Tihar jail, was indeed in his own handwriting and that there were no signs that he was forced to write it.The CBI has roped in a team of doctors from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) to examine the viscera and post-mortem details of Batcha to rule out any foul play in his death.Batcha was found hanging at his home in Chennai on March 16 this year. The 38-year-old was quizzed by the CBI before his death. His wife also agreed that he had committed suicide since he was unable to cope with the pressure and stress connected with the probe.Meanwhile, Justice Ajit Barihoke, hearing the 2G spectrum allocation cases in the HC, rapped the CBI for submitting a vague medical report on film producer Karim Morani without bothering about the diagnosis and the line of treatment.Morani is accused of facilitating routing of `200 crore to DMK-run Kalaignar TV through various firms of Swan Telecom promoter Shahid Usman Balwa, a beneficiary of the spectrum allocation. Morani had sought bail on health grounds. The judge asked the CBI to file a fresh medical report within three days. The CBI also sought time for filing its status report in connection with the bail plea of another 2G scam accused, former Telecom Secretary Siddharth .
