HC reserves order Bashas application

BANGALORE: The High Court on Monday reserved its order on applications filed by advocate Sirajin Basha requesting the court to vacate the stay granted by it to the proceedings in the lower court in the five cases filed by him against the CM and his relatives for indulging in land grabbing, nepotism and other irregularities. Appearing for Basha advocate Asmad Pasha submitted that the petitioners have been filing these petitions to obstruct the proceedings in the lower court though they do not have any locus standi at this stage.
