Kochi: Malayalam actor Siddique escaped unhurt when his car went out of control and fell to a depth of 10 metre near Karunagapally in Kollam. The actor was returning to Kochi from Thiruvananthapuram past midnight yesterday after attending a television channel programme when the mishap occurred.
Police immediately took the actor and the car driver to a nearby hospital where they were provided first aid and were discharged.
Siddique is one of the busiest actors in the Malayalam film industry. In the ongoing year 2012, he has appeared in four films including 'Ustad Hotel', 'Run Babby Run', 'Asuravithu' and 'Gruhanathan'.
He started his career in 1985 with 'Aa Neram Alpam Dooram'.
