Mankhurd House Collapse: 3 Dead, 12 Rescued

Mumbai: Three people were killed and 5 injured after a house collapsed in Mumbai's Mankhurd area early on Thursday, police said.

Twelve people have been rescued so far, police added. The injured have been taken to a nearby hospital.

Two fire fighting vehicles and 2 ambulances were rushed to the spot to handle the injured.

The reason for the collapse is still not known. The local authorities are investigating the matter and rescue operations are underway.
