Newbeautification project for Goshree bridges

KOCHI: A new project to beautify Goshree bridges will soon be submitted to the Government, District Collector P I Sheik Pareeth has said. He said that the works could be completed within four months as soon as the project gets an approval from the government. Among the three Goshree bridges, the bridge that connects Mulavukadu with Ernakulam will be beautified in the first phase. “The district administration has already given its nod, the collector said.As part of the project, the footpaths on either side of the bridges will be embellished with modern tiles.The fringes of the roads close to the footpaths will be fenced.
