NIA submits case diary

KOCHI: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Saturday submitted the case diary of the Taliparamba fake Indian currency note case before the Ernakulam NIA Special Court. The report reveals the terrorism link and the international connections of the case. The court had earlier directed the NIA to produce the case diary. According to NIA, a major share of the counterfeit notes pumped into the state is from Dubai and other Arab countries. The fake currencies were used for various anti-national activities.
