Abdullah described Modi as a "creator of militants" with a "sense of revenge of Godhra carnage of 2002".
Srinagar: National Conference president Omar Abdullah on Sunday blamed Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi for the recent Mumbai blasts that killed nearly 200 people and injured over 700 others.
Addressing a public rally at Kokernag, Abdullah described Modi as a "creator of militants in different parts of the country" with a "sense of revenge of Godhra carnage of 2002".
Abdullah defined the terrorists as enemies of people who were engaged in destroying peace by attacking innocent people and said they should be never considered as friends, he added.
