CHENNAI: The PMK will form an alternate political alliance in the State for the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, party founder leader S Ramadoss said on Friday.Speaking to reporters here after unveiling a shadow budget for 2012-13, Dr Ramadoss said the State government was trying to create an “illusion” that the power shortage in the State would ease once after the Koodankulam power plant was commissioned.
