PMs advisory panel member goes to CID

HYDERABAD: A member of the HRD advisory committee to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh lodged a complaint with Crime Investigation Department (CID) on Friday that a piece of land belonging to him in Jubilee Hills was sold away without his knowledge.The committee member, TV Rao, told reporters that he owns a 1,500-sq yard plot at Road No 34 in Jubilee Hills. He also told that he resided in the place till four years back. Later, Rao left the place and since then a watchman was keeping guard of it."Recently I went to Malaysia and then I received a telephone call from from my family members that someone had sold our property with out our knowledge,'' Rao said.  He alleged that a sale deed was prepared without his knowledge by one Mahankali Nagaraj. Rao approached CID officials and lodged a complaint. Rao is also a member of the administrative reforms committee.
