The girl complained of fever, cough and running nose and reported to an identified health facility at Mumbai on June 25.
In Delhi, an 18-year-old-girl tested positive. Without giving further details, the officials said she had come in contact with a person who was earlier infected with the virus.
She was admitted to a health facility in Delhi on June 25, they said.
Of the 80 cases, seven are through human contacts.
Fifty-six patients have been discharged till now. The rest of them remain admitted to identified health facilities, the officials said.
Out of the 629 people tested for the virus so far, at least 176 were identified through entry screening at the 22 international airports across the country, while 21 were through contact tracing and the rest had self-reported.
