Experts suggest just eating 4 tablespoons of pomegranates won’t make a good healthy lifestyle.

Pomegranates are the most nutritious and rich source of Vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that help to reduce inflammation and increase heart rate, expert also suggest taking pomegranates daily to increase the blood rate. However, according to experts consuming only 4 tablespoons of pomegranates is not enough for your health, hair growth, and weight loss.

Dr. Dilip Gude, a senior consultant from Yashoda Hospital, Hyderabad, stated that for sustainable weight loss management, you need to have a comprehensive approach to inducing a good balanced diet and regular exercise. Pomegranates are low in calories and high in fiber, they alone just cannot do the magic in your weight loss or hair growth journey, for this, you need to have a proper diet.

Similarly, hair growth is a genetics, hormonal balance, nutritional status, and overall health. While pomegranates have some components like antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties, there is no such evidence that eating this many pomegranates will be good for weight loss or hair growth. Having a good diet is important from all perspectives just having a little bit of pomegranates will not help to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Nupuur Patil, a nutritionist at Nupuur Patil Fitness, also says that just having 4 tablespoons of pomegranates is not enough, rooted in a holistic lifestyle, including a balanced diet, physical activity, and overall well-being for optimal health benefits.

Every expert has suggested that eating only pomegranates can’t help in weight loss or hair growth, need to have a proper meal plan and exercise to promote a healthy and maintained lifestyle.

Pomegranates hold a lot of good nutritious property that makes our immune system strong and have good blood flow but just eating pomegranates is not enough to have a healthy lifestyle. Need to include a good diet with everyday exercise to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
