Taking to social media, the makers of Panchayat announced the release date of the much-awaited trailer of the series.

Prime Video keeps delivering exciting shows, like Panchayat, which is loved by all. Fans were eagerly awaiting the third season, and the release date, May 28, 2024, was recently announced. That apart, Prime Video has revealed a big update about the trailer. Taking to social media, the makers announced the much-awaited trailer to be released on May 17 with a caption that reads,

“Lauk the date to watch Panchayat’s trailer! #PanchayatOnPrime, May 28.”

The performances of the lead actors, the storyline, and the characters have made the show from the creators – TVF, aka The Viral Fever, one of the biggest web shows ever. The ever-rising craze for the third-season show lies in the fact that the audiences are sharing memes, dialogue clips, and characters from the show, showing their excitement to watch the third season. The latest season of the original comedy series brings back its much-loved star cast: Jitendra Kumar, Neena Gupta, Raghubir Yadav, Faisal Malik, Chandan Roy, and Sanvikaa. Directed by Deepak Kumar Mishra, the light-hearted entertainer is written by Chandan Kumar and created by TVF.

The eight-episode series, which premiered with its first season in April 2020, was an instant hit on Prime Video and garnered overwhelming response leading to a second season that came out in May 2022. “Panchayat is one of the most loved Indian Amazon Originals, resonating not only with audiences in India but also across the globe. The narrative follows the story of an engineering graduate compelled to become a panchayat secretary in the fictional village of Phulera, Uttar Pradesh, due to limited job opportunities. The show’s first season premiered on Prime Video in April 2020 during the Covid lockdown, garnering a lot of acclaim. Full of laughter, warmth, and a heartwarming story, Panchayat Season 3 is set to premiere on Prime Video in India and across 240 countries and territories worldwide on May 28.
