Jayaram is one of the most prominent actors in Malayalam and Tamil cinema and has cemented his position with many successful films. Amidst a successful innings in the cinema, the veteran actor has been immersed in the wedding festivities of his children. Jayaram and his wife and actress Parvathy Jayaram’s daughter Malavika Jayaram got married to a United Kingdom-based charted accountant Navaneeth Gireesh. Malavika is a researcher. As per the reports, the wedding was a close-knit affair and only some friends participated in it. The wedding took place at Guruvayur Temple, Kerala with all the traditional customs and rituals. Reportedly, Navaneeth originally hails from Palakkad, Kerala.
The engagement video of Malavika had also gone viral on social media. Photos and videos from the engagement ceremony, which is believed to have taken place on December 8, have surfaced online. In these clips, actor Kalidas Jayaram is seen escorting his sister, Malavika, to the stage, holding her hands. Another video captures the ring ceremony, where Malavika and her fiance perform the rituals on the stage. Malavika looked the prettiest as she draped herself in an ivory-hued lehenga. The lehenga featured intricate red small embroidery work all over. The choli was three-quarter sleeved and had red prints all over. Malavika paired her lehenga with a sheer dupatta that had a red-green leafy design embroidered on it.
With a statement neckpiece, colour-coordinated earrings, and a mang teeka, makeup, including soft smokey eyeshadow, nude lipstick, a bindi, and a gajra-adorned bun, Malavika finalised her look. In a clip that made rounds online, we can see the 28-year-old researcher and Navaneeth exchanging rings. Talking about the charted accountant’s look, he opted for an ivory-hued silk kurta, which he teamed with a matching Kasavu dhoti. In the clip, we can see the duo beaming with love and laughter as they put rings on each other’s fingers.
Malavika had previously announced her relationship with Navaneeth through an Instagram post. The couple had also been spotted together during the engagement ceremony of Kalidas with model Tarini Kalingarayar. They were also clicked during the wedding ceremony of the Indian 2 actor.
