The Jawaani Jaaneman actress has posted a video where she makes a stretching exercise look effortless and is doing the poses with utmost ease. She gives major fitness goals with her graceful moves and proves that she can carry off any exercise like a pro. She was happy to be able to pull it off as she smiled at the camera after executing the steps.
Alaya has also confessed that she was not able to come up with a caption and wrote, “Can’t think of a caption so I’ll just say hi friends! Hope your day’s going well!" in an enthusiastic tone and added a heart and a cheeky emoji. She tagged her fitness trainer Puja Amin. The actress wore a black-and-white ensemble of yoga pants and a crop top. She did a balancing act on one leg and smoothly implemented similarly tough postures, much to her fan’s delight who were amazed by her flexibility.
