Aditi Rao Hydari is one of the most popular Indian actresses. She has worked in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi films throughout her career till now. Aditi Rao Hydari was born in Hyderabad on October 28, 1986. Her parents were among the prominent personalities in the state. Aditi’s mother Vidya Rao was a renowned classical singer. The actress is the great-granddaughter of Akbar Hydari and the grandniece of the former Governor of Assam, Muhammad Saleh Akbar Hydari.
Apart from this, her maternal grandfather, Taja J Rameshwar Rao was the Raja of Wanaparthy state, now commonly known as Telangana. The actress belongs to both royal families. Due to her maternal grandfather’s family, Aditi also shares a relationship with the Indian film producer and screenwriter, Kiran Rao. Aditi Rao Hydari and Kiran Rao are first cousins as Raja J Rameshwar Rao was Kiran’s paternal grandfather and Aditi’s maternal grandfather.
At the beginning of her career in Bollywood, the actress grabbed the headlines due to her failed marriage. She married the actor Satyadeep Mishra in 2007, according to reports. She kept this marriage a secret from her fans. The couple got separated in 2013.
Aditi Rao Hydari is also a trained Bharatnatyam dancer. She portrayed this skill of her in the Tamil movie Sringaram. It was directed by Sharada Ramanathan. The actress played the lead role of a temple dancer of the 19th century. Sringaram gained widespread attention and critical appreciation and also bagged three National Awards after its release.
Aditi will soon be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s web series Heeramandi which will stream on Netflix. It is expected to be one of the finest digital experiences that will originate from India. The details of the series have not been revealed by the makers yet.
