Jackie Shroff’s Coolest Response To Twinkle Khanna’s Book Launch Invite Deserves Your Attention

Twinkle Khanna recently unveiled her latest book, Welcome To Paradise. For the launch of her fourth book, the former Bollywood actress organised a grand event that was graced by several prominent figures from the film fraternity. The actor-turned-author shared a picture of the charming Jackie Shroff, affectionately known as Jaggu Dada, from the book launch. Accompanying the picture, Twinkle Khanna highlighted the amusing response she received from the veteran actor when she invited him to the book launch.

Referring to Jackie Shroff as the “coolest guy on the planet,” a renowned author and talk show host disclosed that the actor’s response to the invitation was a simple plant emoji, even though he is featured in the book. “He is in the book and I only got a plant emoji when I invited Jackie Shroff to the book launch. Turns out it means ‘Yes, I’ll come with a plant.’ Clearly the coolest guy on the planet,” Twinkle Khanna wrote in the caption.

Alongside a picture of Twinkle Khanna from the book launch, he penned, “Proud, prouder, proudest. That’s how you always make me feel, whether it’s to take up writing, go back to the university in your 40s, or just defy age and norms every chance you get.
