The Sahastra Seema Bal (SSB) released the admit cards of the Head Constable (Electrician & Communication), Constable (Non-GD), and ASI (Pharmacist & Stenographer) exams on December 20. Candidates who have already cleared the preliminary test can now download their admit cards for the CBT exam directly from the official website at ssbrectt.gov.in.
The exams have been scheduled for December 26 and 27 this year. Candidates who clear this stage will then be called for document verification and a medical examination. This recruitment drive will fill a total of 1683 available positions.
SSB 2023 Admit Card: How to download
Here is a step-by-step guide that will ensure a smooth download of your 2023 SSB Admit Card –
Step 1. The foremost step is to visit the official SSB website at ssbrectt.gov.in.
Step 2. Once you are on the homepage, click on a link that says ‘Download Admit Card for Computer Based Test (CBT) on 26-12-2023 & 27-12-2023.
Step 3. You will then be required to put all your details including your registration number, date of birth, password, etc.
Step 4. Now a new page should open on your screen where you need to put in your login credentials.
Step 5. Once you are logged in, your admit card should be on display which you can go through to make sure there aren’t any problems.
Step 6. You can next hit download to save the card on your computer.
Step 7. Then get a hard copy printed out for future use.
Candidates appearing in the SSB 2023 exam must know that it is essential to bring the admit card to the exam centre on the day of the test. It will be considered as a hall ticket for entry into the centre. Candidates coming to the exam hall without their admit cards will not be allowed to take their examination. The details specified on the candidates’ admit cards must also be accurate. This includes exam date, timing and the city.
SSB 2023 exam pattern
The following points will give you an adequate idea of what to expect from the SSB 2023 exam pattern. The written exam will be a computer-based type test that will comprise objective-type multiple-choice questions and is divided into two sections. The total question count will be 150, carrying one mark each.
The other subject categories include General Knowledge, Mathematics, Reasoning, and General Hindi/General English: this includes 50 questions for marks. A technical subject-related paper carrying 100 marks for 100 questions will also be part of the exam. The duration of the exam will be three hours.
