The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) has declared the Inter 1st and 2nd year results. The pass percentage among TS 1st year is 63.32% and among 2nd year, it is 67.82%. The Telangana inter results were announced by minister Sabitha Indra Reddy in a press conference. Students who took the Telangana board Class 11 and Class 12 exams will be able to check their scores at these official websites – results.cgg.gov.in, bse.telangana.gov.in, tsbie.cgg.gov.in, manabadi.com.

As many as 9,28,262 of students had appeared for TS inter exams. Girls have outperformed boys once again, In TS inter 2nd year, the pass percentage among girls is 75.86% while only 60% of the boys passed the exam. To pass the TS inter exam, students need to score at least 35 per cent marks in each subject and overall. With subjects having both theory and practical aspect, students need to pass both the components separately.
In terms of grade, student will at least have to get D. Those who fail the TS manabadi inter exam will be allowed to sit for the supplementary exams. The supplementary exams will be held from Aug 1 and the application process to do so begin June 30. Further, the re-verification application of the answer sheets too begin on June 30.
A total of 4,64,892 students had appeared for the TS Inter first-year exam and the pass percentage stands at 63.32%. as many as 64.85% of students have cracked the general studies exams while 50.70% of students cleared the exam under vocational studies. On the other hand, 1,93,925 students have got A grade. Among these, 1,76,992 are from general and 16,993 are from vocational stream.
TS Inter Manabadi Result 2022: Documents needed to check marks
Students must keep their hall ticket or admit cards ready before checking the online marksheets. This is because it contains their registration number or roll number which they will have to insert on the given box on the website to be able to access their scores. The online marksheet will act as a provisional one till the Telangana board shares the hardcopy of the same with the schools.

TS Inter Result 2022: How to check via T Folio mobile app
Apart from the official websites, SMS, students will be able to check their TS inter 1st year and 2nd results via mobile apps. Students can download TSBIE’s official app – ‘T Folio’ from Google Play Store and register themselves. The app will host the results and students will be able to access it entering their roll numbers and setting up a password.

TS Inter Result 2022: Important things to Check on Marksheet
Once the results are out, students need a check for a few things on their marksheet. This includes the student’s name, board name, class or inter year, roll number, exam centre and name, subjects, subject-wise marks obtained, total marks, grades, remarks. Students must not forget to check the spellings of all details on the online marksheets and in case if any errors, report to the TSBIE authorities immediately. The online marksheet will act as a provisional till the Telangana board provides the hardcopy to the respective schools, which students will have to collect at a later date. The TS inter results are being announced within 40 days of conducting the exams. It is one of the fastest result by the TS board.
TS Inter Result 2022: Not happy with marks? What to do
Telangana Board 1st year and 2nd year students who are not happy with the results can opt for re-evaluation or re-checking of their answer sheets. If students feel they have gotten below what they deserved, they can get print out of their answer sheets and sent them for re-checking to TSBIE. For that, candidates will be required to fill in an application form and submit to their respective schools in order to get the answer sheets re-evaluated.
TS Inter Result 2022: Grading System
Students will also get grades in the online marksheets along with the scores and percentages. Before checking the results, students must know the grading system. Hence, we have listed the grades corresponding the percentages or marks. Those who get between 75% to 100% will get grade A, between 60% to 74% will get grade B, 50% to 59% will score grade C and 35% to 49% is grade D. Students must note that they need to get a minimum of 35% or grade D to be marked as pass in the TS inter exam.
TS Inter Result 2022: Pass percentage decline
The TS inter 1st year and 2nd pass percentage has declined this year as compared to last year. The Telangana board had scored a record high of 100% pass percentage in 2021 but it was because the exams were cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The pass percentage this year, however, is better than pre-pandemic times. It is in fact the best result since 2018.
TS Inter Result 2022: Past year pass percentages
Last year, the Telangana board did not conduct the Inter exams because of the Covid-19 situation. The evaluation was done on the basis of alternate assessment criteria and all students were promoted. The overall pass percentage stood at 100 per cent. In 2019-20, the overall pass percentage was 63.23 per cent and in 2018-19 it was 59.37 per cent. In TS inter 1st year, less than half or 49 per cent of students had passed.
In TS Inter results 2021, girls performed better than boys. A total of 55% of girls had passed TS inter first year exam while 42% of boys cleared it. In vocational courses, the pass percentage among girls was at 62% and for boys, it was at 39%. As many as 56% of girls and 42% of boys had passed the TS inter first year exam.
TS Inter 2023 Exam to be on 100% Syllabus
This year, TSBIE cut the syllabus by 30% to offer relaxation to students as most classes were held online and schools were shut due to Covid-19. This relaxation, however, will not be available for the next academic session. TSBIE has announced it will hold the TS inter 1st year and 2nd year exam on the full syllabus.
