116. Keolari is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Madhya Pradesh and is part of Mandla (ST) Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Keolari falls in Seoni district and Mahakoshal region of Madhya Pradesh. It is categorised as a rural seat.

There are a total of 2,36,072 voters in the seat, which includes 1,20,571 male voters, and 1,15,498 female voters. In the 2018 Madhya Pradesh elections, Keolari recorded a voter turnout of 83.8%. In 2013 the turnout was 82.77%, and in 2008 it was 81.55%.

In 2013, Rajneesh Harbansh Singh of INC won the seat by a margin of 4,803 votes (2.67%). Rajneesh Harbansh Singh secured 40.46% of the total votes polled.

INC won this seat in the 2008 Assembly elections with a margin of 5,978 votes (4.04%), registering 38.68% of the total votes polled.
