New Delhi: Prime-Minister designate Narendra Modi will sworn in as the 15th Prime Minister on Monday at the forecourt of Rashtrapati Bhawan at 6 PM. The mega event will be attended by around 4,000 Indian and foreign dignitaries, including key leaders from all the seven SAARC nations.
Even though there is a long list of leaders who will attend the ceremony, there are many who will give it a miss.
