Chia Hong alleges that she was wrongfully terminated after complaining about being harassed and discriminated against by her boss.
New Delhi: A former employee is suing Facebook for sex discrimination, harassment and racial discrimination according to a lawsuit filed against the company.
Chia Hong, the former Facebook employee, alleges that she was discriminated against during her employment with the company (June 2010 to October 2013) because of her gender and race.
She also alleges that she was wrongfully terminated in October 2013 after complaining about being harassed and discriminated against by her boss.
Facebook has however denied the allegations.
