In wake of the rising air pollution, Panasonic India on November 25 launched its new range of air purifiers. The company unveiled seven air purifiers for Indian consumers to battle toxic particles present indoors.
Equipped with "Nanoe" technology, the purifiers enhance the quality of indoor air by filtering out harmful particles, including PM2.5 while cutting the odour and keeping the skin hydrated.
PM2.5 are the tiny particulate matter that tend to penetrate into the gas exchange regions of the lung and may lead to respiratory and cardio-vascular problems.
At Panasonic, it is our endeavour to enhance the quality of life of consumers," said Syed Moonis Ali Alvi, General Manager, Purifier Business, Panasonic India, in a statement. The air-filter comes with life up to 10 years, the company added.
While the house-dust catcher helps in eliminating big particles such as hair, fine dust particles, and germs, the 3D circulation airflow enables suction of the particles from the front panel of the purifiers.
Panasonic's new purifiers are available in the price range of Rs 11,995-Rs 34,995. Also, the new purifiers can cater to room sizes from 283 square feet to 452 square feet.
The new range is equipped with features such as sleep mode, child lock and filter replacement indicator.
